Generally fiction, but I do enjoy the occasional biography. 



Pretty Things

I love experimenting with make up. New colours, new products. My favourite products for the face are eyeshadows, illuminators, and sheer/shiny lip things. I need to practice my bronzer technique. I either end up with it so light it is not noticable, or I look like an oompa loompa. Considering my skin tone is "Casper", this is not generally a good look. 


Nice Smells

Although I like my hands, my nails are fairly crap. They are tiny (Really, really little. Like, miniature). They break. Plus I bite them. Oops. But I love, love, love, LOVE a good quality, moisturising, non greasy hand cream. I like vanilla in most of its forms, but not the sickly sugary sweet version. I also love fresh, clean or citrusy scents. 
In regular life I am a nurse, so I wash my hands billions of times a day. OK so that might be a slight exaggeration. Maybe only millions. My hands get very dry, so I use a lot of hand cream. And I have a slight addiction... I'm sure my house harbours somewhere around 20 hand creams in little nooks and crannies. And that's outside of body moisturisers! Eeek!


Stationary

The staff at my local Kikki K know me by name. I enjoy writing - I've kept a diary for most of my life. It's nice to have pretty paper to write on! I personally feel that the art of letter writing has fallen away, and this is a bad thing. It's nice to receive snail mail that isn't a bill, and I have fun writing it too!
